The personally identifiable information (PII) that we collect includes data such as email addresses, physical addresses, names, phone numbers, and the last four digits of credit card information. Any information stored in Shopify is accessible to us. Klaviyo contains overlapping information with Shopify, as well as any custom variables it holds.
If a company does not permit us to use PII, we cannot provide our services to that company. Consent information is stored in BigQuery. As we handle and store PII, we are actively pursuing SOC2 Compliance. We strictly adhere to our Terms of Service, which prohibits the sharing or selling of any PII with third parties. Additionally, our team is equipped to manage any data deletion requests in compliance with CCPA or GDPR regulations.
