Why might Engagement Levels be delayed?

There can be a short delay (up to a few days) between when an activity happens and when it appears in Klaviyo’s event stream. Once it’s reflected, Orita interprets it and updates the score the following day. You can consult Klaviyo’s Terms of Service to see the acceptable delay window for when events will populate in the event stream.
