How to send to specific Engagement Level segments?

When we enable the Engagement Levels feature, each profile in your Klaviyo account will receive a custom profile property called orita_engagement_level. This property categorizes profiles into five cohorts:

• Highly Engaged
• Moderately Engaged
• Slightly Engaged
• Rarely Engaged
• Not Engaged

Here's how you can send to each segment: 

First create segments based on engagement levels:

1. In Klaviyo, go to the Lists & Segments section.
2. Click Create List / Segment and choose Segment.
3. Set the condition: Properties about someone 
4. Select > equals orita_engagement_level
5. Select the engagement level you wish to target, ex highly_engaged
6. Repeat this for each engagement level you wish to target.
