How do I access and use my Engagement Levels?

Orita creates the necessary Engagement Level segments once we've gained access to Klaviyo. To build a segment for a specific level in Klaviyo:

1. Go to Lists & Segments > Create List / Segment > Segment

2. Set condition: Properties about someone > orita_engagement_level > equals > select the level (e.g.,highly_engaged)

3. Repeat for each level you wish to target

Levels are mutually exclusive — a profile in Highly Engaged is only in Highly Engaged at that moment. Orita segments can be viewed and reported on like any other segment built in Klaviyo; within custom reporting, audience breakdown tabs, etc.
