What is the Campaign Scenario Planner and how does it work?
Orita's campaign scenario planner is a tool found within the Orita Dashboard that lets you model the expected revenue and click-rate impact of different campaign send strategies.
Using historical engagement data already tracked in each brand's Klaviyo account, the planner lets you select how many campaigns to send to each engagement level tier in an upcoming period and projects the expected click rate and revenue contribution of that segmentation mix in real time.
This helps answer questions like: is it better to send two additional campaigns to the Highly Engaged tier, or add one send to the Slightly Engaged tier?
It also gives operators a data-backed tool for setting realistic campaign revenue and for diagnosing shortfall. For example, if a brand is tracking short of its revenue target with a week left in the month, the planner can show how many emails (and to which segments) will help close the gap.
Projections should be used as directional scenario guidance rather than a precise forecast. They are historical averages, so there will always be variability from segment to segment.
