What is the Grow List Adoption number in the Orita Dashboard?
Grow adoption refers to the % of the Orita Grow List that was sent to each week. Ideally this number is in the 95%+ range to maximize the revenue potential from your Grow list.
Common reasons that may reduce % of list adoption:
- Exclusions that prevent Grow profiles from receiving the campaign. Some exclusions are necessary to protect the customer experience (such as Subscription Customers or Purchased in the Last 5 Days), as determined by your brand and sending preferences. If you'd like to apply your own campaign exclusions while still allowing Orita Grow profiles to be included, you can remove those profiles from the exclusion in segment builder.
- In your exclusion segment, use
What someone has done (or not done)>Orita Grow Profile Update>zero times>in the last>6 days
- In your exclusion segment, use
- Wide Smart Send lookback windows. For example, if anyone who received an email in the last 24 hours is skipped, Grow profiles may be inadvertently filtered out.
- The Orita Grow segment was not attached to the campaign.
