How are the Engagement Levels defined?

Engagement Levels categorizes profiles into five cohorts based on their activity:

  • Highly Engaged: Represents the top cohort of customers and profiles, with active, consistent participation and strong engagement.
  • Moderately Engaged: Represents the second cohort of customers and profiles, with regular interest and occasional engagement.
  • Slightly Engaged: Represents the third cohort of customers and profiles, with some interest but lower engagement.
  • Rarely Engaged: Represents the fourth cohort of customers and profiles, showing minimal awareness and low engagement.
  • Not Engaged: Represents the fifth cohort of customers and profiles, with very low to no interest and engagement.
