- Moderately Engaged: Represents the second cohort of customers and profiles, with regular interest and occasional engagement.
- Slightly Engaged: Represents the third cohort of customers and profiles, with some interest but lower engagement.
- Rarely Engaged: Represents the fourth cohort of customers and profiles, showing minimal awareness and low engagement.
- Not Engaged: Represents the fifth cohort of customers and profiles, with very low to no interest and engagement.
