When we monitor your lists and look at your data we are getting a full read of the historical context of your company's email brand and story. We're able to determine when we should reactivate or suppress profiles based on many things, including what your list has looked like or performed like in the past.
However, if you are planning a rebrand, massive sale, or peak event that you have not done in the past, we will not be able to account for that and likely continue to suppress as our models recommend.
