If you have customers who write in to unsubscribe, it’s important that you click “unsubscribe” in Klaviyo instead of "manually suppress."
Our model will not include anyone who is unsubscribed in possible reactivations. However, if they are manually suppressed our model will monitor activity and consider them to be reactivated if they have any engagement, despite having unsubscribed.
If you have done this, we can move to only reactivate from the pool of people we have suppressed through Orita, and use that to avoid reactivating anyone you may have manually suppressed. Just let us know!
