It works behind the scenes in Klaviyo to find incremental revenue, protect your deliverability, and make every send count. Orita ingests data on the customers in your audience, based on their activity, and passes this information into our proprietary machine learning platform.

Because of this we can build a really holistic model that looks at hundreds or thousands of different types of event data and then looks at how all those signals interact and ultimately lead to engagement and purchases.

The output of all of this is a much more accurate and nuanced model of how customers are actually interacting with your brand. And the model works in both directions - it looks for customers that are becoming or are unengaged and looks for those that come back (or are predicted to come back). So at any given moment in time, we are suppressing unengaged profiles and reactivating previously dormant profiles that have come back.
