# What are the best practices for using Engagement Levels during Black Friday/Cyber Monday?

It's recommended that you send your emails in waves. Start by emailing the Highly Engaged profiles early in the day, move to the Moderately Engaged, Slightly Engaged, and Rarely Engaged later, and consider whether or not to include the Not Engaged group at all to maximize deliverability.
