Once you become an Orita customer, we kick off your first query run the following Thursday. In this run, we will do all initial suppressions, permanent suppressions and reactivations outlined in your audit. There will always be an a/b test for us to measure results.
Following the first query run, the following 3 weeks of queries will be even more conservative than our standard model as we avoid doing any further unengaged suppressions during this time. We take the first month to allow our models to fully calibrate with your data and run the a/b test to confirm success before making those types of recommendations. After those first 30 days, we’ll kick off the normal suppressions.
tl;dr: we use statistical testing to confirm our model works with your data, then we go.
