# What data do you need for my audit?

To conduct an audit, we require your Klaviyo & Shopify API Keys, enabling us to connect to your data and examine the myriad touchpoints that provide access to your active and existing suppressed users. This includes anyone you are actively emailing or suppressing.

While Shopify is not absolutely mandatory, we strongly recommend it for two primary reasons:

1. Occasionally, there are data inconsistencies between the two sources. Not all events are faithfully transferred between them, so it's prudent to cross-reference.
2. Shopify offers a wealth of contextual information regarding transactions, abandoned carts, etc., which may not be fully captured in Klaviyo.
