What happens to profiles that get reactivated?

This is up to you! We run our models every week and update the profiles with an attribute called orita_status. The orita_status attribute will be updated with either of the following statuses:

  1. suppressed (profile was suppressed by us)
  2. reactivated (profile was reactivated by us)
  3. nonhuman (profile is suspected to be junk/spam)
  4. duplicate (profile is suspected to be a duplicate account)
  5. holdout (profile is in a holdout group and will not be touched by us)
  6. null (profile that we have not yet modified)

You can create a segment in Klaviyo based on the orita_status attribute for each status option. This will enable you to comprehend our actions week over week and determine what to do with certain profiles as they re-engage and get reactivated.
