This is up to you! We run our models every week and update the profiles with an attribute called orita_status. The orita_status attribute will be updated with either of the following statuses:
suppressed(profile was suppressed by us)reactivated(profile was reactivated by us)nonhuman(profile is suspected to be junk/spam)duplicate(profile is suspected to be a duplicate account)holdout(profile is in a holdout group and will not be touched by us)null(profile that we have not yet modified)
You can create a segment in Klaviyo based on the orita_status attribute for each status option. This will enable you to comprehend our actions week over week and determine what to do with certain profiles as they re-engage and get reactivated.
