What are Engagement Levels?
Orita scores all of your active profiles on a daily basis based on how likely they are to engage with an email that day. We then sort them into five mutually exclusive cohorts called Engagement Levels:
-
Highly Engaged - Represents the top cohort of customers and profiles, with active, consistent participation and strong engagement.
-
Moderately Engaged - Represents the second cohort of customers and profiles, with regular interest and occasional engagement.
-
Slightly Engaged - Represents the third cohort of customers and profiles, with some interest but lower engagement.
-
Rarely Engaged - Represents the fourth cohort of customers and profiles, showing minimal awareness and low engagement.
-
Not Engaged - Represents the fifth cohort of customers and profiles, with very low to no interest and engagement.
These Engagement Levels can be found in your Lists & Segments tab in Klaviyo. The goal is to help our clients categorize their email lists based on customer engagement, allowing them to optimize their email campaigns for higher impact. These levels help identify the most and least engaged profiles in your list, ensuring you can focus on the right profiles for your regular sends, and save those less engaged profiles for broader promotional sends or new product launches.
These Engagement Levels are associated with each profile in Klaviyo as follows:
