What are Engagement Levels?

Orita scores all of your active profiles on a daily basis based on how likely they are to engage with an email that day. We then sort them into Engagement Levels: Highly, Moderately, Slightly, Rarely, and Not Engaged. These Engagement Levels can be found in your Lists & Segments tab in Klaviyo.  

The goal is to help our clients categorize their email lists based on customer engagement, allowing them to optimize their email campaigns for higher impact. These levels help identify the most and least engaged profiles in your list, ensuring you can focus on the right profiles for your regular sends, and save those less engaged profiles for broader promotional sends or new product launches. 

These Engagement Levels are associated with each profile in Klaviyo as follows: 

  • Property > Orita Engagement Level > Highly Engaged
