Orita Deliver is our core product that helps improve those metrics, so you can get into the main inbox. We ingest all of a brand's email data (i.e. Klaviyo, Iterable, Yotpo, Braze, Sendlane, etc.) and we build a custom model for each-and-every brand. To grossly simplify things, the output of a brand's model is effectively a recommendation that separates those who should receive a model, and those who should not. We don't tell you how to create content - you and your agency are great at building a brand! We don't tell you what your segments should be - you and your agency are awesome at that. We just are really good at telling you what customers are pumped to receive your emails, and which ones aren't. A few important notes ...
- Orita Deliver is not a list cleaning tool. Engagement changes often, so folks who we show as "unengaged" at one point, might become engaged a day, week, month, or quarter later. Think of us as a two-way door, we move people into and out of email based on their signal
- When you don't over email, you lower the risk of folks unsubscribing. We know this as consumers - no matter how much I love a brand, if they send me too many emails or send at the wrong time, I might unsubscribe.
- We're not changing "consent status". We just temporarily pause folks from receiving emails, we don't remove them from your list
- It just works. Really. You can go about your business as usual and we'll just flow people into and out of email in the background
