# What type of content works best with Orita Grow Audiences?

Our model optimizes for email engagement regardless of the content type, so you can seamlessly integrate the list into your existing campaigns. The benefit of these Grow lists is that **you don't need to create special content or a unique campaign.** In fact, we suggest adding this list to your next scheduled campaign to simplify the process. If someone appears on both your list and ours, they'll receive only one email—and we’ll calculate the lift only for those profiles you weren’t already going to email!
