Once you sign up with Orita, we'll kick off the first wave of suppressions/activations. We’ll suppress half of the large batch (shown in your audit) initially, then during the first month following, we will not suppress any other unengaged profiles. We will only be reactivating profiles.
We want to make sure our machine learning models are tuned exactly to your company’s needs before recommending further suppressions. Our models are intentionally conservative - we don’t want to save you a penny and cost you a sale.
If you ever want us to cut the a/b test short, and start suppressing unengaged contacts ahead of the 1 month mark, just let us know! We're happy to do so.
After that 1st month "newbie" period, you'll be going full steam ahead - - suppressions and reactivations will be taking place regularly as expected. Onward to great email deliverability!
